Circus Circus Las Vegas is a hotel and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip in Winchester, Nevada. It is owned and operated by Phil Ruffin. Circus Circus features circus acts and carnival games at the Carnival Midway. It has 123,928 square feet (11,513.3 m2) of casino space.Circus Circus is the largest permanent big top in the world. The Lucky The Clown marquee at the entrance was provided by Young Electric Sign Company and was constructed in 1976.

Frances angrily mentioned, "Unfortunately this was our first visit to Circus Circus and while things are chaotic in the world they promise to be following the rules and regulations during the Pandemic. We wanted to go to the pool however when we saw (picture included) my 13 yr old daughter said "no way are they practicing social distancing." She didnt care how much she wanted to go in the water she knew it simply was not worth the risk. Yes, we are here and out among people but we practice the regulations for others and ourselves. They (and I say that because who knows who is in charge) did not control the amount of people coming and going. There was no employee sanitizing ANYTHING. It was like covid-19 did not exist. I hate to leave this kind of review. It's not something I do but this was too much."
